In this client’s opinion, Jennifer is everything I had hoped for in a real estate broker. She’s a wonderful combination of personal and professional - able to give opinions without pressure and accommodating our timeframe for visiting apartments.
Jennifer listened attentively and understood completely what we we’re looking to buy - a junior four, expecting to convert the dining area into a bedroom for our young son. Also, we wanted an open view facing any direction except north (not enough light). It was so exciting when Jennifer called to say, “I found your apartment!”
Here’s an example of how creatively Jennifer interpreted our goals. The apartment was a corner one, and the bedroom had windows on two sides.
She suggested that we could divide the large bedroom into two smaller ones, thus saving the dining area. Perfect! The apartment faced north yet was flooded with light; the five windows (living room/dining area) offered an open, protected view - every New Yorker’s dream. Perfect!
Jennifer negotiated hard to get us the best purchase price. Over twenty years later, the apartment below ours (same building/same layout) with an open-to-the-sky terrace became available. We called Jennifer at once, and again she helped us attain our dream apartment. As an aside, recently we recommended Jennifer to friends. They were as thrilled as we were working with her and are now happily settled in their new home.
